Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "You") and 711be ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using any service on 711be, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 711be. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 711be reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 711be will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 711be immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
711be is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. All Members must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed.

711be may request additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, at its discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
711be accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where available.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. 711be does not accept deposits via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
711be reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or where a Member's account is under review. Members must have wagered their deposit at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted.

711be offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
711be employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses using duplicate accounts, exploiting low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, and coordinated play between Members. Where bonus abuse is detected, 711be reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the Member's account.
Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. 711be reserves the right to exclude any Member from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where the Member has previously engaged in conduct that violates these Terms.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 711be.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 711be shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
711be does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 711be's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
711be reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 711be's support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

711be reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
